Our Day Out

Our day out is a story about students and two teachers with very different opinion. For me, this story is very good because it show us about how teacher feel when student be naughty. And this story compare about teacher that want student to be perfect and do everything that he want them to do and the other teacher that care about student feeling and want student to be happy. The teacher that want student to be perfect he always shout to the student because he want the student to listen to him but it make student to be scared at him. This teacher show me that when teacher shout at the student because he want student to be a nice person in the future. However, the other teacher that does not like to shout at the student it does not mean she does not want student to be a nice person but she has different means. She shouts at the student only when they do something dangerous. And it make student really like her. So, this story tell that when we speak or talk to somebody we have to care about their feeling.

Teacher in this movie are different to teacher in my school. Teacher in roong-aroon school are not shout at the student but they don’t let their student to do everything.

This story tells me that we can change our self in a short time. The most important thing is not a time but it is your opinion. If you want to change something and you try you could change it.

My favorite thing

               My favorite teenage thing is ipod touch. Ipod touch is quite similar to iphone but it can’t use mobile network. For this ipod, my father bought it for me on my birthday last year. The first reason that make me love it is I can use it to play on internet or chat with my friends and I can share what’s in my mind on facebook twitter or any social networks. The second reason is I can listen to music  watch movie and playing game on it in my free time or when I don’t have anything to do. And I can download free applications and games from internet. The last reason is I can use it as a camera. It has two cameras, one on the front and another on the back. For me, my ipod touch is a mini computer that I can take it with me all times. That’s why I love it.

What make teenagers different?

The meaning of teenager for me is a young person that has age between thirteen to nineteen years old. Teenagers have more responsibility and maturity than child and kid but less than adult. So teenagers can do many things by themselves such as go out with friends, go to school by themselves or do anything without their parents. But they cannot do everything. There are many things that they cannot do too. Such as go to pub, smoking or drinking alcohol. The responsibility of teenager is better than child and kid so, I can decided what time I should work, what time I should play, what time I should study or what time I should relax. That means I can manage my life by myself but not at all. I cannot own money by myself so when I have to use a lot of money or buy something expensive I have to ask my parents before. Teenagers can work and study harder than child and kid. And the other things that show we are teenager are gadget. I believe a lot of teenagers in Thailand and in another big country have got more than one gadget, for me too. I think teenage is the funniest time of my life.

My world

Our world is a very interesting planet. In the earth, there are many countries. In each country there are many places that you can't see in other country. First country that you should visit is Japan. In Japan you can go to a lot of old temples. And it is very beautiful. You can see a beautiful view of Mount Fuji too. Next country is the United state of america. In this country you can visit nice waterfall or a huge canyon. And there a very high technology in this country.
You can buy a phone or notebook with a cheaper prize than Thailand. If you want to ralax or see a beautiful view with a fresh air. You can go to Newzealand. In newzealand you can relax on the country side with a lot of tree and no pollution. So, you can choose a country that you want to visit. I hope you will onjoy our world.

My Country

My country is Thailand. Thailand is in South-East asia. Thailand is a good choice for travel. If you like to go to the beach. You can go to Hua-Hin. In Hua-Hin has big beach along the province. And There are alot of delicious food to eat. If you like to shopping you can go to Bangkok. There a lot of big shopping malls in Bangkok such as Siam Paragon, Central World and Platinum. If you like to relax, Chiang Mai is a great choice. In Chiang Mai you can relax with a fresh air and nice view of many mountain.

Reported speech

Last week, we went to Kao-San road and Wat Prakaew to interview the foreigners.

We saw a lot of style of foreigners. I was interview 3 foreigners. First foreigner were the couple that came from United state of America. They told me that they stay in Thailand for 2 weeks ago.  And they love Thai people so much. Their favorite food is curry. Second foreigner  was two boy. They told me that they came from England. They’ve stayed in Thailand for one day.They said that there are a lot of different thing between Thailand and England such as weather , people and food. The last foreigner was come from Russia. He's stayed in Thailand for a day. He came to Thailand because in Russia was too cold. He said that Thai people are nice.

My favorite food

My favorite food is spaghetti. Spaghetti is one of Italian food that famous in thailand. There are a lot of kind of spaghetti such as carbonara, white sauce, seafood or bolognese. But my most favorite one is carbonara. And now I'll show you how to cook it. 


First open the wine, pour and sip. The pasta should be cooked at the same time as the sauce, and takes about the same length of time. You don’t want the sauce or the pasta sitting too long before serving.

Place the pasta in a large pot of boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes depending on the pasta. Check the cooking instructions on whichever pasta you are using.

At the same time, put 2 table spoons of olive oil in a sauce pan over a medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and bacon. Cook until the bacon is going brown. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Add the parmesan and simmer until the pasta is ready. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Break the eggs and discard the whites, keeping a piece of the shell to hold the yokes. You can use an egg separator, but just breaking the egg in half and pouring the contents back and forth between the two halves until the white is gone works just fine.

When the pasta is cooked, drain in a colander, return to the pan and add the sauce, stirring to cover the pasta. Divide between four plates and serve with an egg yolk sitting in the shell in the middle and a sprig of fresh basil. Serve immediately with fresh bread, salad and parmesan cheese and black pepper on the side. When the pasta is served, let your diners turn the egg out into their plate and stir into the pasta. Don’t worry, the egg will cook from the heat of the sauce and pasta. This adds a very rich taste to the dish and looks great. There are loads of ways to do this recipe. You can use ham or proscuitto instead of bacon, add clams, or fava beans or even plain peas. Throw in a chopped onion with the bacon if you like. It’s a great recipe to have fun with. This is the best carbonara recipe ever.
